How did you come up with the idea for your service?
We were looking for a way to make community participation possible, not just on call, but in a legally binding way. Since tokenization is also very trendy, we set out to search according to the motto “Don't work — doesn't exist” and then found you and gave the whole thing a chance. Regulatory and legal certainty were particularly important to us.
What is your vision/mission?
Our vision is to unite two worlds and, above all, to strengthen the EU as a location. DLT Technology brings so many benefits, particularly trust and security independent of intermediaries. Perfectly designed for critical infrastructure. Furthermore, Web3 also indirectly improves data protection regulations, as not every provider receives my complete data anymore, but only the necessary data, but the verification of the data is no longer done by each service alone, but by a certification body, and then you can rely on the authenticity of the data through DLT technology, and that in real time.
Who is your target group?
In principle, this will still crystallize, but above all the European region, primarily the DACH zone. It is also important to us that, despite unfortunately higher costs, the infrastructure is placed exactly where it will be needed in the future and to become competitive with efficiency. In doing so, we also ensure that we operate our infrastructure with green electricity.
What does your roadmap look like?
We are currently in the middle of construction, but we have years of experience in the DLT sector and are now trying to bring the whole thing to a professional level. Starting from network validation, various types of API nodes to complete system integrations.
What prompted you to use this type of fundraising?
Simply go with the spirit of the times and create trust with transparency.
Our primary aim was to create direct community participation
And as a result, of course, it only benefits other investors.
What was the reaction of your investors to the introduction of GmbH tokens?
Following feedback from the community, your service is very structured, the KYC process and the graphical user interface were also very appealing and made the process much easier for both sides.
What opportunities do you see in the future with Tokenize.it?
In general, we always believe that you can only be strong together, so we have just brought a tokenization partner on board so that we can focus on the essentials.
