When did you start?

What type of service do you offer?
The world’s first GDS (“Global Distribution System”) and next-generation digital B2B marketplace, which makes it possible to book business aviation aircraft for the first time. The multi-award-winning platform uses advanced automation and various integrations to simplify the entire charter process, from accurate calculation of the charter price based on aircraft availability in real time to seamless booking, payment and flight organization.
Currently we offer business jets or private jets, soon also helicopters, air ambulances, cargo, commercial aircraft, and electric aircraft (eVTOL) as well as drones.
How did you come up with the idea for your service?
I chartered business jets as a broker for my clients for 15 years and chartered them as a sales agent or aircraft operator — 10 years of that with my own charter company. The industry has the problem that it is not sufficiently digitized and is characterized by countless manual processes and system breaks. Booking an aircraft takes several hours and employs a disproportionate number of people. Brokers can only make an offer to their customers after hours. Some aircraft are then no longer available or prices have changed. And operators are bombarded with inquiries that are never booked — yet they have to “recalculate” individually. And when a booking is to be made, contracts are sent by e-mail in a circle.
With VOO Flights, a business jet can be booked just as easily as a seat on a scheduled aircraft: search -> find -> select -> book with one click -> pay.
The digitization of this central process is a milestone in this industry. Idle flights can be optimized or reduced. In this way, VOO Flights helps to fly less and therefore consume less fuel, which significantly reduces the CO2 footprint per passenger.
The opening of the B2B marketplace for B2C apps makes VOO Flights the industry’s 1st GDS.
The availability and transparency of the data increases the efficiency of the entire industry. For example, big data analysis can be used to predict how current searches will affect future bookings and thus future flights. Resources can be planned accordingly in advance: fuel, crew, ground handling, maintenance appointments, spare parts and more.

Who is your target group?
Currently charter brokers and aircraft operators as well as sales agents who charter business jets. B2C Tech Broker (end-customer platforms for booking business jets) will soon be included.
As a result, all service providers in the sector (fuel, handling, maintenance, etc.).
And finally, all relevant providers of these services in the area of helicopters, air ambulances, cargo, commercial aircraft, and electric aircraft (eVTOL) as well as drones.
